The watching eye has been a recurring theme in our work for a very long time…..probably dating back to our school art classes.
The symbolism of eyes and being watched over or watched by others is a common theme in our work and spans our interest across many areas of life, including religion, literature, government, big tech, marketing, and branding.
This theme can be seen in everyday life in various forms, including the use of all-seeing eyes, eye motifs, surveillance cameras, and tracking devices. In our future blog posts we will look to investigate some of the areas that have infuenced this work in more detail
